Event Schedule:  Friday - August 16, 2024

Site will open at noon. Registration and waivers will be available at the Registration tent.  Please check in on arrival. Guides will be available to lead you to camps and address immediate issues.

8:00 pm an officer’s meeting will be briefly held to determine numbers, address reenactor concerns and get last minute details. This will be held at the Wall tent used for registration along the main road.

Though we know some will arrive late we would like to have lights out by 11:00 pm.

Event Schedule:  Saturday - August 17, 2024

6:30 Reveille Roll call and reports to the Battalion Commanders by 7:15

7-11 Breakfast, company, battalion drill

9:00 cannon demonstration for spectators

10-1:00 Educational speakers in the Venue tent mostly intended for the spectators but reenactors are welcome.

9-12 Camps open to spectators

12-12:45 camps closed to spectators as we prepare lunch and for the festivities

12:55 first call Formation for battalions

1:10 move to step off points

1:30 Battle commences (Specifics to be detailed at a later point.)

2:30-5 Camps open to spectators

2:30-4:30 Venue tent speakers and music

3:00 Cannon demonstration

5-7 Camps closed

7-9 Civil War dance at the Venue tent.

11:00 Lights Out


Event Schedule:  Sunday - August 18, 2024

7:00 Reveille Morning reports To Battalion by 7:30

8:00 those heading to cemetery load up at Registration to be shuttled out and shuttled back.

8:30-9:30 Cemetery program, Gettysburg Address and reading of veteran names.

Note: there are about 90 GAR graves in this one small cemetery the names will be read and a couple rounds shot in honor> Abe Lincoln will recite the G-burg address. This is an important thing to the community. Your participation would be appreciated no matter which color uniform you are wearing for the weekend.
7-11 Breakfast company, battalion drill etc.

8:30 Public admitted

9-11:30 Camps open for spectators

10:OO~1:O0 church call to be held at Venue tent with various Speakers follow.

1l:30- Camps closed as we have lunch and prepare for the engagement

1:00 first call

1:15 Move to step off

1:30 Battle.

2:15 - 3:00 After the battle please give 30 minutes for spectators to clear the camp area before you load out.
